If you are unhappy with your purchase we are here to help.
Our products can be exchanged for in store credit with in 15 days of your package being delivered for any unworn / unwashed items. Once you have contacted us you must email us the tracking number with in 72 hours of us verifying your return. We do not offer refunds. Original shipping cost are NOT refunded. All items ending in .99 are deemed as final sale. For hygenic purposes, all jewelry is final sale.

Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item(s) in order for us to review your return. We will not accept returns after the 5th day period from which you received your item(s).
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and sending the item(s) back to us in their original selling condition and will be subject to inspection. Once the item(s) are received from the customer upon inspection, then a refund (credit) will be issued . Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Love it but need a different size? We will be happy to exchange as long as the item is in stock. Please include the filled out return form sent in your package along with a $7 payment.
If for some reason you receive a damaged item Notify us Immediately for assistance.This is vary rare as that each item is inspected prior to shipping to you.
Unfortunately sale items can not be refunded. Only Full price items.
